Academic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related major
  • You will need the degree in one of the (computer science, mathematics, information technology, statistics, finance, or economics)
  • Also consider pursuing Post graduate degree and building your experience and portfolio
  • Require a CGPA of 6.5 or 65% (B.tech)

Skills Required :

Foundational understanding of the following subjects :

  • Computer programming

  • Applied Maths and Algorithms
  • Natural Language Processing
  • Deep Learning & neural networks
  • Apache Spark
  • Big Data Technologies

Workspace skills :

  • Communication skills
  • Effective collaboration
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Management and leadership skills
  • Solve challenges with low-cost, high-efficiency solutions.
  • AI developers must also be aware of technological advancements that result in cutting-edge software.

Exams

IELTS or TOEFL
Ireland is an English-speaking country where the medium of studying and communication is English. Non-native English-speaking students must take an English language proficiency test and do well in it. The minimum IELTS score requirement is 6 or 6.5.

  • IELTS (6.5)
  • Duolingo English Test
  • TOEFL

Admission Requirements :

Ireland universities offer world-class and value-based data science programs. However, the admission requirements are high for the top universities in Ireland for MS in data science. The eligibility criteria and requirements vary, but some common criteria need to be fulfilled to get admission to Irish universities.

  1. * English language proficiency test scores of IELTS or TOEFL / PTE
  2. Statement of Purpose (SOP) is an important admission requirement. International students need to submit a statement of purpose document stating their goals, purpose of studying in Ireland, reasons for choosing a particular university, career goals, etc.
  3. Students have to submit at least 2-3 Letters of Recommendation (LOR) from past employers or faculty members. – One Academic and One Professional.
  4. Internship Letters (Appointment Letter, Experience Letter & if paid attach last 3 months stipend payment slips in one PDF)
  5. Work Experience letters (Joining, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter, & Last 3 months salary slops and Bank statements in one PDF) – If there is a contract involved instead of joining or appointment letters, attach a copy
  6. Other certifications, tests given or achievements
  7. Immigration History – Any visa grant or rejection (Any country & any type of visa)
  8. Test scores of standardized examinations like GRE and GMAT – Some universities waive the GRE requirement for students with work experience.
  9. Documentation for academic history, extra-curricular activities, and employment.
  10. CV
  11. Passport Copy – First and Last Page
  12. Grade 10th Marksheet
  13. Grade 12th Marksheet
  14. Undergraduation Marksheets and Degree Certificate (Semester wise) – Each semester mark sheet should be attached – All fail mark sheets should be attached as well.
  15. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, and engineering with a score of 60% and above is important for ai courses.
  16. Backlog certificate if you had backlogs
  17. Degree certificates or provisional degree certificate

All this documents are required, and it takes time to collect all this, so my recommendation would be to create a google drive folder and keep pushing all the documents whenever you start making the decision to go abroad, keep a checklist and keep a track on what’s not there.. go and get it, keep it updated, its very useful for visa processing and admission process.

Documents Required (Formats)

So I am attaching the following documents in a drive link that you can check the Docs here :

1. LOR (Letter of Recommendation)

2. SOP (Statement of Purpose)

3. Backlog Certificate
